Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration for technical design leadership roles in engineering/architecture.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Collaborates with other HDR leaders on business class efforts.
• Committed to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead technical risk management through reviews and advisory services.
• Drive quality assurance and control with the Quality Manager.
• Oversee development and application of tools, standards and techniques.
• Develop strategic plan for the business class with market sector directors.
• Foster teamwork and information sharing across offices and units.
• Monitor direction, policies, quality, tools and workload allocation.
• Recruit and train to build technical expertise and capacity.
