Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field and 10+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience leading diverse teams and working across regions and market sectors.
• Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering is required for leadership roles overseeing technical design.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans, manage client relations and pursue business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead and participate in technical risk management through process and resource reviews.
• Drive quality assurance and control processes and coordinate with the Quality Manager.
• Oversee development of tools, standards, and techniques to enhance service quality.
• Mentor technical leaders and manage staffing across regions and projects.
• Represent HDR in industry organizations and events and support client development.
