Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Director for Integrated Watershed Management. The role focuses on directing technical capabilities, coordinating with market sectors, and guiding risk management for large multi-disciplinary projects.

You will build relationships across HDR’s business classes, mentor leaders, and participate in proposal and client development to elevate HDR’s position. The position requires a Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering or related field, 10+ years of experience, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
At least 10 years of related experience.
Professional registration for leadership in technical design.
Experience building and managing diverse teams.
Collaborates with HDR directors, operations managers and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
Lead risk management through process and resource reviews and maintain quality standards.
Drive QA/QC processes and coordinate with the WBG Quality Manager.
Oversee development of tools, standards and techniques to enhance service quality.
Mentor technical leaders and support client development and project pursuits.
