Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Instructor Community & Excellence to own teaching excellence across our healthcare certificate programs. You will build coaching infrastructure and a community that motivates instructors and improves classroom impact.

You will report to the Director of Program Operations in a hybrid role based in New York City and lead a small team including a Cohort Logistics Manager and 2–3 Instructor Quality Specialists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional quality, curriculum, or education operations.
• Experience managing a large team or network of contractors/adjuncts.
• Background as a teacher, speaking instructors' language.
• Proven ability to build systems from scratch (rubrics, workflows, tracking).

Responsibilities

• Define what great instruction looks like and build coaching rubrics and cadences.
• Build a thriving instructor community with spaces for connection and recognition.
• Develop self-serve tools and dashboards for real-time classroom impact.
• Run recognition programs and feedback loops to motivate instructors.
