Job summary

Crypto.com/OG Broker is seeking a Business Operations Manager/Director to own and scale B2B client onboarding, contract listing, and partnership operations. You will lead onboarding for institutional clients, drive process improvements, and coordinate with legal, compliance, product, and technology to ensure a seamless go-live.

The role requires experience in fintech or regulated markets, and familiarity with complex multi-stakeholder rollouts.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B onboarding and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in fintech, regulated financial markets, derivatives, or exchanges.
• NFA Series 3 license or eligible to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with enterprise client launches and multi-stakeholder rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding from engagement to go-live.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for institutional clients and brokers.
• Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing with legal, compliance, product, and tech.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and drive implementation of pragmatic solutions.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, SLAs, escalation paths, and client readiness materials.
• Track onboarding pipeline status, client health, risks and KPIs for leadership.
