WM is seeking an experienced business operations leader to accelerate enterprise-wide change, driving economic and operational efficiency through innovation, agility, scalability and reliability in existing processes or new ideas.

The role requires steering cross-functional teams, managing complex, long-term projects, and developing pilots with reporting and training responsibilities. The position emphasizes financial oversight and process improvements within the US market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with continual business process improvement and innovation while meeting financial, operations and customer demands.
• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar area of study, or equivalent.
• Must live and work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex projects over long periods of time across multiple disciplines.
• Develops new ideas and processes and pilots implementations to drive improved operations.
• Builds implementation plans for new business ideas, including pilot, reporting and training.
• Develops and implements an operations improvement process aligned with long-range objectives.
• Leads, trains, monitors and motivates operations management to implement new processes.
• Uses financial analysis to evaluate current process effectiveness.
• Ensures process improvements through communication and feedback.
• Keeps aware of competition and industry trends.
