WM is seeking a leader to accelerate change across the enterprise by guiding cross-functional teams to improve economics and efficiency through innovation, agility, scalability and reliability in existing processes or new business ideas.

The role focuses on managing long-term, multi-discipline projects, piloting new initiatives, and reporting outcomes to drive operational improvements and better financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar
• 10+ years experience in process improvement and innovation with financial/operational goals
• US work authorization required

Responsabilités

• Manages complex projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines.
• Develops new ideas and processes and manages pilot implementation to drive improved business operation; reports against economic and process improvement
• Builds implementation plan for new business ideas; responsible for the pilot, reporting, and management training
• Develops and implements an effective operations improvement process, consistent with the accomplishment of long range objectives which will enhance effectiveness, while working closely with District Managers, Area Vice Presidents, and other management personnel.
• Leads, trains, monitors and motivates the operations management teams to implement new process.
• Utilizes financial analysis software/techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
• Ensures process implementation and improvement through direct communication and solicitation of feedback.
• Maintains awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry.
