WM seeks a senior operations leader to accelerate change across the enterprise by leading cross functional teams and driving economic and operational efficiency through innovation, agility, scalability and reliability of existing processes and new ideas.

The role manages long-term projects, develops pilot implementations, builds plans for new ideas, and uses financial analysis to measure impact while staying aware of industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar area of study.
• High School Diploma (accredited) with 4 years relevant experience.
• 10+ years previous experience with continual business process improvement and innovation.

Aufgaben

• Manages complex projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines.
• Develops new ideas and processes and manages pilot implementation to drive improved business operation; reports against economic and process improvement.
• Builds implementation plan for new business ideas; responsible for the pilot, reporting, and management training.
• Develops and implements an effective operations improvement process, aligned with long-range objectives.
• Leads, trains, monitors and motivates the operations management teams to implement new process.
• Utilizes financial analysis software/techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
• Ensures process implementation and improvement through direct communication and solicitation of feedback.
• Maintains awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry.
