Job summary

WM is seeking a seasoned professional to accelerate enterprise change by leading cross-functional teams to boost economic and operational efficiency through innovation, agility, scalability and reliability in existing processes or new business ideas.

You will manage long-term, multi-disciplinary projects, develop pilots, and report on improvements while guiding training and implementation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar area of study.
• High School Diploma with 4 years relevant experience.
• 10+ years experience with business process improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines.
• Develops new ideas and processes and manages pilot implementation to drive improved business operation; reports against economic and process improvement.
• Builds implementation plan for new business ideas; responsible for the pilot, reporting, and management training.
• Develops and implements an effective operations improvement process, aligning with long-range objectives across districts and management.
• Leads, trains, monitors and motivates the operations management teams to implement new process.
• Utilizes financial analysis software/techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes.
• Ensures process implementation and improvement through direct communication and feedback.
• Maintains awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry.
