WM in the United States is seeking a seasoned leader to accelerate enterprise change by guiding cross-functional teams to improve economic and operational efficiency through innovation, agility, scalability and reliability of existing processes or new business ideas.

The role requires managing complex, long-term projects, developing pilot implementations, and building implementation plans to drive performance improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation.

Responsabilités

• Manages complex projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines.
• Develops new ideas and processes and manages pilot implementation to drive improved business operation; reports against economic and process improvement.
• Builds implementation plan for new business ideas; responsible for the pilot, reporting, and management training.
• Develops and implements an effective operations improvement process, aligned with long-range objectives; collaborates with District Managers, Area Vice Presidents and other leadership.
• Leads, trains, monitors and motivates operations management teams to implement new processes.
• Uses financial analysis tools to evaluate current processes.
• Ensures process implementation and improvement through direct communication and feedback.
• Maintains awareness of competition and industry trends.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering

High School Diploma with 4 years relevant experience

10+ years experience in business process improvement
