Job summary

WM is seeking an experienced leader to accelerate enterprise change by guiding cross-functional teams. You will drive economic and operational efficiency through innovation, agility, scalability, and reliability across existing processes or new ideas.

Responsibilities include managing long-term, multi-discipline projects; developing and piloting new ideas; planning implementations; and leading operations management teams to adopt improved processes while using financial analysis to measure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar area of study.
• High School Diploma with 4 years relevant experience.
• 10+ years experience with continual business process improvement and innovation, meeting financial, operations and customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines.
• Develops new ideas and processes and manages pilot implementations to drive improved business operation; reports against economic and process improvement.
• Builds implementation plan for new business ideas; responsible for the pilot, reporting, and management training.
• Develops and implements an effective operations improvement process aligned with long-range objectives; collaborates with District Managers and Area Vice Presidents.
• Leads, trains, monitors and motivates operations management teams to implement new processes.
• Uses financial analysis to evaluate current processes' effectiveness.
• Ensures process implementation and improvements through communication and feedback collection.
• Maintains awareness of competition and industry trends.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
