Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Director of Indirect Procurement & Category Management to lead enterprise-wide procurement strategies. You will shape category roadmaps, governance, and supplier relationships across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Legal.

You will partner with executives to align sourcing initiatives with growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive value through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management leadership.
• Experience leading indirect spend programs in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven track record delivering cost optimization and value creation.
• Experience with procurement technology and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute indirect procurement and category management strategy.
• Lead category roadmaps, sourcing plans, and supplier strategies.
• Oversee supplier relationship management and governance programs.
• Partner with executives across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.
• Drive risk management, compliance, and business continuity for procurement.
