Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Director, Indirect Procurement & Category Management to lead enterprise-wide indirect spend strategies across healthcare domains. You will develop category roadmaps, governance, and supplier management programs with executive alignment.

You will build a high-performing team, drive cost optimization, risk management, and procurement transformation while partnering with Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations to enable growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, or related leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading procurement, sourcing, or category management teams.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, or similarly regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute indirect procurement strategies and category roadmaps.
• Lead governance frameworks, sourcing standards, and procurement policies.
• Partner with executives to align procurement with growth, risk, and financial objectives.
• Establish supplier relationship management programs and executive governance forums.
• Drive procurement transformation through analytics, automation, and performance dashboards.
