Job summary

Self Bill Pro is seeking a Manager of Implementations to lead end-to-end client onboarding, from requirements gathering and EDI data mapping through testing, deployment, and transition to ongoing support. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role builds and scales a high-performing team of Implementation Managers while driving on-time delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing a portfolio of concurrent client-facing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• 8+ years in a client-facing role with independent ownership of difficult client conversations.
• 6+ years leading a team, including hiring and performance management.
• Experience in employee benefits, insurance operations, or billing processes.
• Strong coaching ability and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Excellent analytical and Excel data manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Managers with a client-centric culture.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding, requirements gathering, EDI data mapping, testing, and deployment.
• Set escalation and quality standards for complex integration challenges.
• Maintain delivery visibility across a high-volume portfolio and unblock at-risk projects.
• Coordinate with external partners, brokers, carriers, and benefit vendors to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Drive delivery metrics, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
