Job summary

Billee Technologies Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a three-person team responsible for integration configuration, meter data mapping, and billing accuracy checks for new client setups.

You will own the technical process from discovery through live go‑live, ensuring precise configuration and clean handoffs. You’ll work closely with the Customer Onboarding Manager and Sales, spending about a quarter of your time hands-on while driving QA and process improvements to scale with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation or onboarding.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in utility billing.
• Track record of managing technical implementation or billing setup across multiple accounts.
• Extremely detail-oriented — comfortable with granular technical and billing detail.
• Strong internal collaborator who can also communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery & Setup: own integration configuration for each new client and ensure accurate billing live on schedule.
• Billing Accuracy QA: map meter data, set up utility accounts, QA billing calculations, and conduct lease audits.
• Team Leadership: manage and develop a team of three associates and maintain 25% hands-on involvement.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with Customer Onboarding Manager and Sales to align technical setup with timelines.
• Process Improvement: refine setup and QA playbooks as the team scales in a startup environment.
