Job summary

Self Bill Pro LLC is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead EDI integration projects, data mapping, testing, and deployment. Qualifications

• Extensive portfolio management experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to navigate difficult conversations.
• 4+ years in EDI and/or API implementation and support in benefits administration.
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive issue resolution.
• Understanding of fixed-width and LDEx XML formats.
• Familiarity with benefit administration platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday) a plus.
• Experience with data mapping and transformation tools; proficient in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical abilities to diagnose issues and craft solutions.
• Track record of building lasting client relationships.
• Clear, confident communication about timelines and status.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 15–25 concurrent implementation projects with strong PM and client service skills.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for EDI integration, translating needs into specs.
• Design and implement EDI data mappings and transformations for accurate data flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission and processing errors to minimize client impact.
• Serve as a key externally-facing professional shaping Self Bill Pro’s reputation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for EDI integrations.
• Monitor and optimize EDI processes for efficiency and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on EDI, API, and benefit administration trends for best practices.
• Act as a technical liaison, translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, brokers, and carrier partners.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver a best-in-class implementation experience.
• Provide a steady, reliable presence for clients throughout projects.
• Deliver clear, timely updates on project status at each touchpoint.
