Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service/investment industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Experience working within financial services industry.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to all Advisor and Client inquiries.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Consultant and Business Development on new business cases.
• Work with Portfolio Managers and Investment Strategists on ongoing service of accounts.
• Build daily/ongoing relationships with Advisors and maintain internal staff relationships.
• Mentor team members through instruction and coaching, including performance reviews.
• Coordinate paperwork with various teams and stakeholders.
• Lead a department or large area, overseeing multiple teams and managers.
• Drive process optimization and operational excellence to improve quality and efficiency.
