Orion Advisor Technology is seeking a Director of Implementations to lead onboarding for Wealth Advisory clients, supervise a dedicated team, and coordinate cross-functional support for Portfolio Managers and Advisors.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days weekly at Omaha offices. Candidates should reside within commuting distance and bring significant customer service and leadership经验 in financial services.

Formación

• 7+ years in customer service or investment industry.
• 1+ year of management/leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services industry.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to Advisor and Client inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Consultant and Business Development Associate on new business cases.
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Investment Strategists for ongoing service of accounts.
• Lead a department or large functional area, overseeing multiple teams and managers to deliver on strategic and operational objectives.
• Influence and allocate departmental resources to achieve financial, performance, and service outcomes.
