Orion is seeking a Director of Implementations to lead onboarding of Wealth Advisory clients, oversee a dedicated team, and collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Advisors. This senior role requires strong leadership, program management, and a track record in financial services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer service/investment industry experience.
• 1+ year of management/leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience working within financial services industry and with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Implementations team and manage multiple projects across regions.
• Coordinate onboarding of new Wealth Advisory clients and ongoing service for accounts.
• Mentor and develop team members, set goals, and drive performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Consultants, Investment Strategists, and Business Development to support growth.
