Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service/investment industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree in Science/Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Advisors and Clients.
• Lead and mentor team members; hire, train and develop staff.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Consultants and Business Development on new business cases.
• Work with Portfolio Managers and Investment Strategists for ongoing client service.
• Coordinate paperwork with various stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Set goals, metrics, and accountability; monitor progress against targets.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
