Orion is seeking a Director of Implementations to lead and coordinate onboarding for Wealth Advisory clients, supervise a regional team, and drive service excellence. Hybrid role with on-site days to support Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and staff across multiple offices.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration to meet financial and service goals while upholding Orion values.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service/investment industry experience.
• 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to all Advisor and Client inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Consultant and Business Development Associate on new business cases.
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Investment Strategists with ongoing service of accounts.
• Build daily/ongoing relationships with Advisors and maintain/support internal staff relationships.
• Handle Operations Support Cases and supervise department staff.
• Mentor team members through instruction and coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences.
