Job summary

Orion Advisor Technology, LLC in the United States seeks a Manager, Investment Solutions to lead and develop a high-performing client support team across multiple product lines including Risk, Compliance, Financial Planning, Trading and Cost Basis.

You will ensure service excellence, drive platform engagement, reduce onboarding time, and create power users through mentoring, training, and effective escalation management within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across risk, compliance, financial planning, trading and related product lines.
• Knowledge of industry rules and regulations for securities, markets and investment operations.
• Understanding of anti-money laundering rules and procedures.
• Ability to present to groups and act as liaison between client and internal teams.
• Ability to mentor and develop talent and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement, and manage Orion's supported product lines and assist with system upgrades across lines of business.
• Conduct quarterly system evaluations, create regression test plans, QA automated solutions and workflows.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency to reduce onboarding time and complexity.
• Represent Orion and the Investment Solutions team at home office visits and events.
• Lead face-to-face discussions and training during customer visits and conferences to create power users.
• Provide testing assistance during build weeks and uphold service standards.
• Maintain an inclusive, collaborative environment with open communication and learning.
• Analyze client requests and translate into actionable solutions, following through to resolution.
• Mentor team members and model effective practices to build capability and confidence.
• Act as escalated support for issues; resolve or escalate as appropriate.
• Hire, train, develop talent; assign work; conduct performance reviews; and manage corrective actions.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings; review priorities and remove barriers.
• Assess capacity, workload distribution, and optimize resources to meet objectives.
• Track and report on KPIs including CSAT, onboarding completion, platform adoption, and engagement trends.
