Orion is seeking a Director, Implementations to lead the onboarding of Wealth Advisory clients and oversee ongoing service for Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and Consultants. The role emphasizes leadership of multiple teams across regions and requires on-site presence three days per week.

The incumbent will mentor staff, manage hiring and performance, and drive process improvements to deliver exceptional client service in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Has 7+ years of customer service/investment industry experience.
• Has a minimum of 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Experience working within financial services industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to Advisor and Client inquiries.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Consultant and Business Development Associate on new business cases.
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Investment Strategists on ongoing service of accounts.
• Lead a department with multiple teams to deliver strategic and operational targets.
• Set goals, metrics and accountability to drive performance and service outcomes.
