Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service, financial services, or technology-related role
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience across Risk, Compliance, Financial Planning, Trading, Cost Basis, or other Orion product lines preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing support team across multiple product lines
• Coach and mentor team members with real-time feedback and performance appraisals
• Manage hiring, training, and talent development; supervise workload and KPIs
• Represent the Investment Solutions team in home office visits and customer conferences
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve onboarding time and platform adoption
