Alignment Health is seeking a Sr. Director, Implementation to lead portfolio execution across regulatory, technology, vendor, and operational workstreams. You will shape strategy, govern planning, and ensure readiness and stabilization post-launch.

The role requires 8–10 years in implementation and 4–5 years in people leadership, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in implementation, program management, healthcare operations, or regulatory implementation.
• 4–5 years of people leadership experience, including direct leadership of managers or complex teams.
• Experience translating executive strategy into coordinated portfolio execution.
• Experience with risk assessment, readiness, and governance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute portfolio plans with milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the Implementation Manager and Sr. Regulatory/Government roles; manage performance and development.
• Integrate regulatory, technology, vendor, and operational activities into unified plans.
• Provide executive reporting, risk assessment, and readiness validation; escalate material risks.
