Job summary

Curve Dental is seeking a senior leader to own the end-to-end onboarding and go-live experience for new customers, ensuring a confident live practice from the signed contract through post-launch. You will oversee data conversion, migration, validation, and handoffs to Customer Success, working with Product and Engineering to automate tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in implementation, professional services, or onboarding for B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading a team of 25+ in a high-volume, deadline-driven delivery model.
• Hands-on data migration: mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• A track record of cutting time-to-live or improving go-live quality, with numbers to show it.
• Strong operating rigor: capacity planning, metrics, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Calm, direct communication with customers, executives, and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated AI chops; practical use to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and go-live delivery.
• Set targets for time-to-live and on-time go-lives.
• Build repeatable playbooks for single-location and multi-location rollouts.
• Be the escalation point for at-risk implementations and own high-stakes accounts.
• Forecast capacity against the sales pipeline and report backlog, cycle time, and costs.
• Tighten handoffs with Sales, Support, and Customer Success, and feed insights to Product.
