Job summary

CD Newco LLC d/b/a Curve Dental in Provo, Utah seeks a Director of Implementation to own the end-to-end onboarding and go-live journey for Curve customers. You will lead a high-volume delivery engine, drive data migration reliability, and build scalable processes while guiding a 20–30 person team.

This role reports to the Chief Customer Officer and focuses on time-to-live, accuracy, and customer satisfaction at go-live.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in implementation, professional services, or onboarding for B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading a team of 25+ in a high-volume, deadline-driven delivery model.
• Hands-on understanding of data migration: mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• A track record of cutting time-to-live or improving go-live quality, with numbers to show it.
• Strong operating rigor: capacity planning, metrics, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Calm, direct communication with customers, executives, and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated AI chops and practical usage to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and go-live end-to-end from sales handoff to go-live and handoff to CS management.
• Set targets for time-to-live, on-time go-lives, and customer satisfaction at go-live.
• Build repeatable playbooks for single-location and phased multi-location rollouts.
• Be escalation point for at-risk implementations and lead highest-stakes accounts.
