Job summary

Curve Dental seeks a seasoned implementation leader to own the end-to-end onboarding and go-live process. You will drive data migration, build scalable playbooks, and lead a 20–30 person team through high-volume, deadline-driven delivery.

You will forecast capacity, manage backlog and costs, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in implementation, professional services, or onboarding for B2B SaaS.
• 4+ years leading managers.
• Hands-on understanding of data migration: mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Proven track record of cutting time-to-live or improving go-live quality.
• Strong operating rigor: capacity planning, metrics, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Calm, direct communication with customers, executives, and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated AI chops; practical uses to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and go-live from sales handoff to go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Own data conversion and migration including patient demographics, charts, imaging links, ledgers, and scheduling data.
• Build and lead a 20–30 person team through managers and team leads; hire, coach, and develop next layer of leaders.
• Run the business of implementation: forecast capacity, report backlog, cycle time, and costs per customer; align with Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
