Job summary

Sysco Payroll, Division of Sysco Resources Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Identity Governance and Workforce Protection to lead security strategy, drive roadmaps, and ensure compliance across identity security programs.

The role oversees teams responsible for identity governance, lifecycle, and workforce protection, providing technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration to advance enterprise security initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity and information risk management experience.
• Experience with SailPoint or similar Identity Governance and Administration platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and workforce identity security controls.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, identity governance and access lifecycle management.
• Proven leadership of multiple technical/security teams and delivery of enterprise services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee identity security and workforce protection solutions and ensure alignment with requirements and policies.
• Approve and lead implementation of identity security technologies and processes; interact with vendors when needed.
• Maintain the identity security posture through regular reviews and refresh of technology and infrastructure.
• Provide technical supervision to Identity Governance, Lifecycle Management, Security Administration, and Workforce Identity Protection teams.
• Serve as the security SME delivering hands-on identity security expertise across identity governance, lifecycle management, and access controls.
• Define and maintain technical requirements to enable policies, standards, procedures, and identity security controls.
