Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a Director of Identity Governance and Workforce Protection to lead the strategy and execution across enterprise identity services.

The role guides 20 FTEs in identity governance, lifecycle management, security administration, and workforce identity protection, ensuring alignment with business needs and security policies. The position requires long-term roadmapping, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement governance and automation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity and risk management with IAM focus.
• Leadership across multiple security teams.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and governance.
• Experience with SailPoint or similar IGA platforms; SailPoint preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, CA and workforce identity controls.
• Familiarity with NIST/ISO 27001 frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee identity security and workforce protection programs.
• Approve and lead implementation of identity security tech.
• Maintain security posture through regular reviews.
• Provide supervision to Identity Governance and related teams.
• Collaborate on SailPoint/ServiceNow integration roadmaps.
• Support onboarding, access lifecycle automation, and workforce access.
