Sysco Corp. is seeking an Associate Identity Lifecycle Management Manager to lead the identity platform delivery, support, and continuous improvement across the full tech stack.

You will drive JML processes, onboard applications, and own SailPoint integrations, while mentoring a team of engineers and coordinating with security, architecture, and operations. You will guide delivery using Agile methods, promote secure, scalable IAM solutions, and align work with enterprise IAM goals as Sysco

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years building and supporting scalable apps in Agile environments.
• 2+ years in engineering leadership.
• Strong IAM/IGA experience including SailPoint.
• Hands-on SailPoint with integrations, onboarding, APIs, and automation.

Responsabilités

• Drive delivery ownership for the Identity Lifecycle Management platform and JML processes.
• Lead Agile development activities for SailPoint and connected identity services.
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide hands-on engineering guidance for complex solutions when needed.
• Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements, estimates, and schedules.
• Ensure security, compliance, and IAM controls are integrated into delivery.
