Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• 5 years in administrative and supervisory work.
• Notary Public required (Center pays for notary fee).
• Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
• Must have valid TX driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs employment, benefit programs, staff development, employee relations and disciplinary activities.
• Serves as Center representative in legal matters related to employment issues.
• Work is performed under general supervision of the CEO with extensive discretion.
