Job summary

Nexus Health in Burnham, IL seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR department, oversee payroll, employee relations and recruiting for the facility. You will ensure compliance with the mission and talent strategy, while driving people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience in Nursing Home or Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, and OSHA.
• Experience with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities
