Qualifikationen

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Director of HR / Business Partner in Boston, MA for a remote/hybrid opportunity!

Schedule is9:00 AM–5:00 PM, lasting3+ months. Pay rate is $63.33/hour.

Summary

Provide strategic HR consultation to senior leadership supporting corporate functions. Lead projects involving employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational change.

Immediate Project Priorities

• Employee engagement survey.
• IT job families, career progression, and job description development.
• Planning, support, and execution of a potential staff reduction within a corporate function.
• Smaller team reorganizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on organizational design, leadership development, change management, and employee engagement.
• Develop HR strategies supporting business priorities and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and coach leaders.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Talent, HR Operations, and DEI teams.
• Lead organizational assessments, capability gap analysis, restructuring, and related communication plans.
• Support performance management, compensation planning, promotions, workforce transitions, and annual merit and bonus cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least seven years of related experience.
• Organizational development experience within a large organization and/or functional business unit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• Previous hospital experience.
