Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop HR strategies supporting business priorities and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and coach leaders.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Talent, HR Operations, and DEI teams.
• Lead organizational assessments, capability gap analysis, restructuring, and related communications.
• Support performance management, compensation planning, promotions, workforce transitions, and merit/bonus cycles.
