Trillium Professional is now seeking aBusiness Operations & Analytics Manager in Boston, MA for a hybrid position!

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM,40 hours per week. Work will last for approximately 12 weeks, with potential extension or permanent conversion.

We are seeking a Business Operations & Analytics Manager to provide immediate support to a Sterile Processing and Clinical Support Services team. This is a newly created position offering an initial contract assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The manager will support operational planning, performance reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This individual will work closely with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to identify trends, improve workflows, and help leadership make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

• Healthcare, hospital, sterile processing, or clinical operations experience is preferred


• Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus
