Newbridge Recruiting Group LLC is seeking a Director of Human Resources in the South of Boston, MA area to lead key HR functions and foster a positive, engaged workplace.

Reporting to the senior HR leader, this role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation initiatives while partnering with leadership to address workforce needs and improve HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation.
• PHR or SPHR certification required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
