Kaiea Solutions is seeking a Director of HR & Recruitment to work remotely. Job Description: You will identify the company's recruitment needs, oversee the development and advertisement of job ads, and manage the screening and selection process. You will establish policies and guidelines for onboarding, lead the hiring process, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance in hiring practices, background checks, applications, and new-hire paperwork.
2. Manage employee onboarding and maintain electronic employee files and records.
3. Perform background verifications, employment verification, pre-employment medical screening, and I-9 verification.
4. Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience during recruiting and hiring.
5. Provide updates on the candidate pool and coordinate the interview process.
6. Oversee requisition process and postings.
7. Design recruiting communications aligned with JBW's culture and values.
8. Partner with operational leaders to understand upcoming staffing needs and budget, sourcing candidates proactively.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment.
3. 5+ years in a leadership role.
4. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
5. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
6. Exceptional leadership, project, and time management skills.
