EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Human Resources in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This full‑time, hybrid role will oversee staffing, compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, safety, and training to support our industrial customers and JVCKENWOOD USA operations.

You will drive corporate HR policies, develop leadership programs, manage HRIS, and lead an affirmative action program while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of increasingly responsible HR managerial experience.
• 5–8 years in a HR department role.
• 3–5 years designing and administering benefit plans.
• Experience implementing an HRIS system.
• Experience developing, implementing, and administering an effective performance management system and organizational development program.

Responsabilidades

• Directs staffing and recruitment programs to ensure highly qualified staff across EFJohnson and JVCKENWOOD USA locations.
• Oversees employee benefits programs, including health, life, dental, disability, 401K, and stock options.
• Manages compensation programs to align with corporate initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Designs and administers performance management and organizational development plans.
• Leads safety, workers' compensation, and OSHA-related activities and compliance.
• Coordinated affirmative action plans and investigations to meet regulatory requirements.
