Job summary

Johnson Service Group seeks an experienced HR Manager for our Fort Worth, TX plant. You will support multiple facets of Human Resources, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with plant leadership to enhance retention, engagement, and performance.

You will lead employee relations, training, compliance, and investigations, ensuring fairness and legal alignment. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required and manufacturing HR experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of HR management experience.
• Manufacturing HR experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
