Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing HR strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, organizational development, and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven success leading talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

Director of Human Resources will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and drive the people strategy across multiple locations. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

The Director of Human Resources will provide leadership across employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
