Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 10+ years of diversified experience in HR operations, benefits, employee relations, data management, leave management, and employment law
• SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Experience overseeing HRIS platforms and HR technology implementations
• Experience managing HRBPs and operational HR teams in a geographically dispersed organization
• Must be able to obtain active SECRET security clearance; U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations Leadership & Service Delivery, including HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, and Employee Relations teams
• Define and monitor HR operational KPIs, SLAs, and service standards
• Ensure consistent policy application across all HR units
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Oversee compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and contract requirements (e.g., SCA, OFCCP)
• Manage HR technology, data governance, and analytics to inform decisions
