Job summary

Monogram Health is seeking a Director of HR Operations to lead payroll, HRIS, and ATS implementations. This executive role partners with Finance and IT to scale operations, adopt AI-enabled tools, and ensure compliant, efficient HR processes.

The candidate will manage a payroll team across multi-state operations, drive policy development, and deliver strategic insights to leadership while maintaining a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in HR operations with management experience.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll.
• Experience implementing HRIS/ATS from evaluation to go-live.
• Proficient in UKG Pro and payroll tax compliance.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled HR tools and self-service features.
• Excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
• Lead HRIS administration and ATS implementation.
• Manage payroll audits and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with Finance on payroll funding and GL mapping.
• Drive AI tool adoption to reduce administrative tasks.
• Develop payroll policies and controls aligned with laws.
• Lead and develop HR Coordinators team.
