Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of human resources or administrative leadership experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience administering employee benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
• Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions across ministry locations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Ensure HR compliance, risk management, and insurance programs.
• Coordinate IT systems, technology onboarding, and equipment management.
• Support training, policy enforcement, and performance management.
• Supervise administrative staff as assigned.
