Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of human resources or administrative leadership experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience administering employee benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
• Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR, benefits, compliance, and administration across locations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
• Coordinate risk management, licensing, and business compliance activities.
• Oversee information technology coordination and systems access.
• Supervise administrative staff as assigned.
