The Executive Housekeeper will recruit and coach staff, set performance standards, and oversee staffing plans to meet occupancy needs while maintaining top-to-bottom

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in hotels.
• Strong financial, labor management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the housekeeping department and staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across guest rooms and public areas.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping personnel.
• Develop staffing plans based on occupancy and needs.
• Manage labor, expenses, and supplies to meet budgets.
• Prepare and manage annual housekeeping budget and forecast needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support leadership initiatives and contribute to hotel strategy.
