Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to supervise all housekeeping operations and ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our property.

The ideal candidate is a professional, people‑oriented leader with experience in a unionized environment, Marriott familiarity, and skills in Lightspeed and GXP; flexibility for scheduling and a commitment to outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as housekeeping supervisor or four years front office hotel experience.
• Marriott experience preferred; Lightspeed and GXP knowledge are a plus.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Plan, organize, and monitor staff tasks and allocate workload for quality assurance.
• Manage finances including budget and inventory controls; analyze data and reports.
• Maintain supplies and ensure safety with chemical handling and labeling.
• Attend required meetings and participate in MOD coverage.
