The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry, ensuring premier cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role requires proactive leadership, strong management skills, and clean, safe operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, inspections, and collaboration with front desk and maintenance to deliver exceptional service. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a full-service hotel.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, products, and health/safety.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Maintain cleanliness per brand standards and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff.
• Inspect rooms and areas to ensure maintenance standards.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and reporting for the department.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly.
• Lead daily briefings and staff communications.
• Enforce policies and sustainability initiatives.
