Job summary

You will guide staff in daily tasks, supervise laundry operations, and monitor quality against hotel standards. Marriott brand experience is a plus.

You will manage budgets, inventory, and staffing levels across shifts, delivering cost-effective services while maintaining high standards in guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar hotel leadership role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, focused on service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Manage finances for housekeeping including budget and inventory controls; analyze expenditures.
• Provide clear direction, assign tasks, and monitor compliance with QA standards.
• Schedule staff across days, evenings, and weekends; adjust staffing to meet demand.
