Valor Hospitality Partners seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive maintenance, life safety systems, and regulatory compliance across properties. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure guest satisfaction by protecting assets and delivering reliable operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, contractor coordination, and continuous improvements to keep hotels in top condition and compliant with corporate standards.

Formación

• One to two years of post-high school education; one or two-year certificate in building maintenance, technology or related field.
• Minimum of five years of building maintenance experience in a leadership role or a related management position.
• Ability to perform critical analysis, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate effectively with management, staff and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and discipline maintenance staff.
• Implement and schedule property and equipment preventive maintenance programs in compliance with corporate/franchise standards and codes.
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of guests, managers and associates, protecting assets and maintaining the property.
• Prioritize service requests; coordinate with contractors for outside repairs and building maintenance.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical switches, operate boilers, repair appliances, and test life safety systems for reliability.
• Monitor utility consumption and assess system performance to optimize operations.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, logs and records to ensure smooth operation; perform Manager-on-Duty functions as assigned.
